How quickly will orders ship?

From January 1st to September 30th: In stock orders usually ship within one week.

From October 1st to November 30th: In stock orders usually ship within 3 business days.

From December 1st to December 31st: In stock orders usually ship within one business day.

We ship via UPS ground with an estimated transit time of 1-4 days in the continental US.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time. You may use a freight forwarder to arrange export on your behalf. We are not responsible for any merchandise after it has been delivered to the forwarder.

What is your return policy?

We are a very small seasonal business and we strive to keep our prices as low as possible, therefore all holiday items are considered final sale. However, we want our customers to be happy.
